BIG HORN SHEEP "The Manitou Series" by OJIBWA

BIG HORNED SHEEP is shown as an animal with much power. His collar is a shield design showing the thunderbird which represents strength and knowledge. His shield and pouch design are of the Cheyenne Nation. He carries his staff with symbols of medicine on it. Many believe that the written symbol of the big horned sheep represents shamans as themselves.
